Production time may vary, since most of our jewelry is produced to order (that is, once the purchase of a ring or pendant is made, our team of jewelers begins to produce the order).

We usually take between 5 and 30 business days from placing the order.

In some cases there may be small delays in production due to the 100% handmade process, especially in items with stones.

If you need your item by a specific date, send us an email to dirtyparadisejewellery@gmail.com and we will inform you if we can meet the required delivery date.

IMPORTANT:

It is absolutely important to ensure the correct size. The size change is free, but shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Provides service within 48 business hours with SEUR.

• Service delivery in 3/5 business days with SEUR.
• €15.00

EUROPE:

• For shipments in the European Community we use a 48/72 business hour service with UPS.
• €17.50

REST OF THE WORLD:

• Delivery within 3/6 business days with ZELERIS service.
• €30.00

* All shipments external to the European Community require a PDF form for Customs that requires additional documentation from the customer (Identity Document or Passport or driving license).
