Exchange and Return Policy:
Deadline and procedure: You have 30 days from when you receive the product to request an exchange or return. To start the process, send an email to hello.dirtyparadise@gmail.com and include:
- Reason for the exchange or return.
- Details of the product to be exchanged or returned.
- Solution preference.
- Personal information: Full name, email used in the order or order number.
- Variations by Country: Depending on your location, we will apply the corresponding procedures.
- Detailed Instructions: Once the email is sent, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed.
Additional Policy:
- Add new jewelry to the exchange: If you want to add additional products to the exchange, inform us in the same email, we will explain how to proceed with the payment and we will include it in the same shipment of the exchange.
- Shipping Address: The change will be sent to the same address as the first shipment.
- Refund: In case of return, the amount of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
- Exclusions: Exchanges or returns are not accepted on personalized or used products.
- Promotions and Discounts: For orders with promotions or discounts, the refund will be adjusted proportionally to the value of the discount applied.
Client Responsibility:
- Second Exchange/Return: If you have already made a previous exchange or return of the order and wish to start another process, the customer will assume the associated shipping and return costs.
- Outside the 30-Day Period: If an exchange or return is requested after the 30-day period, we will evaluate the condition of the product before authorizing the process and the customer will bear the costs of the exchange or return.
If the product has arrived damaged or defective:
You must inform us of any defects in the product within 2 days of receiving the product. We will offer you the following options:
- Exchange for the same or similar product.
- Return and full refund.
- Details of the incident.
- Photo or video that clearly shows the defect.
- Personal information: Full name or order number.
WARRANTY :
- Origin and Manufacturing Process: All jewelry is created by hand in our own workshop in Barcelona.
- Warranty Duration: All jewelry is backed by a three-year warranty from delivery, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- Claim Procedure: If your jewelry presents any breakage or damage during this period, please contact us. We will need you to keep the defective jewelery and send us a photo showing its condition. Once we evaluate the status, we will offer you an appropriate solution depending on the situation and the product. To report a defect, send an email to hello.dirtyparadise@gmail.com and include:
- Details of the incident.
- Photo or video that clearly shows the defect.
- Personal information: Full name or order number.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover breakages due to misuse, wear or scratches caused by normal use.
*For purchases made before 01/01/2022, the warranty will be 2 years from delivery.
