Exchanges & Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

Simply email us at dirtyparadisejewellery@gmail.com with your name, order number and the reason for your request. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the necessary instructions.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. The refund will cover the value of the jewellery only and will not include the original shipping costs.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that have been worn or show clear signs of use.

For orders purchased using promotional offers or discounts, any refund will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the discount applied.

Lifetime Warranty

All of our jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, or any damage resulting from improper use of the piece.

Repairs

Even if the damage is not covered under warranty, we'll still be happy to help.

If your jewellery requires repair due to everyday wear or an accident, please get in touch with us. In most cases, we can restore your piece so you can continue enjoying it for many years to come.
