Terms of service

We will be happy to change the size of your ring to the correct one, when necessary. The first size change is free, although we will ask you for the amount of the shipment.

However, we strongly recommend that you visit a jewelry store to have your size measured exactly if you do not know it. You can also measure your finger yourself by following the steps you will find in the SIZING section.

The Dirty Paradise pieces are 100% handmade, worked in great detail, but it must be taken into account that on occasion a failure could occur. We will repair manufacturing faults free of charge within 12 months of purchase. We reserve the right not to repair or add cost to any product returned after 12 months. Manufacturing faults do not include:broken chains, chipped or broken gemstones, including items that have been twisted, deformed or broken.
